All work and collaborations must be factual and evidence-based. No compromises on scientific accuracy will be made for the sake of promoting a brand or company
All work and collaborations must comply with Samantha's commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion, meaning all content created will be made inclusive to the widest possible audience. For example:
Video content will be closed captioned such that it remains accessible for folks who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Graphical data will use colourblind-friendly textures, and palettes appropriate for colour vision deficiency
Pictures will have alt text or image descriptions, as appropriate for the platform
Venues will have gender affirming washroom signage and accessibility ramps
Organizers will lead a well-researched land acknowledgement if audience is majority settlers
If any clothing is being promoted, sizes will go beyond XL
Work will be refused if it may contribute to the marginalization of people on the basis of (but not limited to) gender identity or expression, body size, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, level of education, race, religion, ethnicity, or disability
