 Coverage in a local Francophone newspaper about a French outreach activity for young kids that I was in charge of planning for the Toronto Public Library. In collaboration with a passionate team of 6 French-speaking scientists, we designed and executed a multi-step experimental puzzle to teach kids ages 5-12 about chemistry -- entirely in French.

 I am collaborating with the Canadian Stem Cell Foundation for the "Ask a Scientist" series in their newsletter where myself and other science communicators answer questions about stem cells posed by the general public in plain language. I got to answer the first question in the series, which was, "What's so special about mesenchymal stem cells?" You can post a stem cell question for a future newsletter by emailing  info@stemcellfoundation.ca  with the subject line Ask A Scientist.
